- Accounts
- I signed up but I can't log in. Why?
You should have gotten a "Welcome" e-mail from us with instructions. Unless you click the link in that e-mail, your account won't be activated.
If you never got the message then you may have given us an invalid e-mail address when you signed up.
Make sure it was correct, and try again. If you still can't get in, request help.
- I forgot my password. What is it?
Go to the Forgotten password page and we'll send it to you automatically.
- Can I change my password?
Send a request while logged in and tell us what you want the new password to be.
- Can I change my username?
Send a request while logged in and tell us want you want your new username to be.
- Evaluations
- I can't find this teacher. Where is he/she?
First make sure that you're not using an informal version of their name. We have only their full names on file. Try just searching by last name, or part of their last name, or browse by their department.
If you are sure they're not in the system, ask us to add them here. Once added they will have no reviews until you or someone else reviews them.
- I read an evaluation that is inaccurate/offensive. What can I do?
Click the exclamation point icon  below the evaluation and describe the problem to us. We will look into it and depending on the circumstances may ask the user to change their evaluation.
- I made a mistake in my evaluation. Can I change it?
Go back to the teacher you evaluated, and as long as you are logged in you should see a button like: 
Use that button to make any changes you need to.
- I want to delete my evaluation.
Send a request while logged in and tell us which teacher the evaluation was for.
- I'm a teacher listed on the site. I'd like an opportunity to contest some invalid claims people have made about me.
You're welcome to create an account and leave a review about yourself. For fairness, we ask that you give yourself "Na" ratings for all 6 categories. You can leave whatever comments you'd like. You may also report the evaluation (see above) if you feel there are factual errors or offensive remarks.

All HTML and ASP Classic code were made from scratch in a text editor.
